Delivery time of the Goods consists of the order processing time, the production time and the delivery time. The term of making the order is 1-5 working days, couture products – 7-14 working days. Delivery time of the Goods is 1-3 days depending on the location of the Buyer. Courier delivery by Nova Poshta is carried out across Ukraine.

Immediately after sending your order, we will send you an email with the tracking number of the parcel.

For returns and exchange, we accept goods of proper quality within 14 days of receiving your order. The product is subject to return while retaining the original appearance, the presence of our seals and check, the original packaging and the absence of traces of its use.

Refunds are made to your account within 14 calendar days from the date of acceptance of the goods until return. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Transfer the goods by post mail, delivery is paid by the customer.
• In case of exchange, delivery of new goods is carried out upon receipt
  previous product back.
• Funds for the goods are refunded within 14 days after its actual receipt.
