Spring-Summer 2021
Fashion is a cyclical phenomenon; therefore, designers often draw inspiration from controversial yet trendy decades of the past. Malva Verbytska in the upcoming MALVA FLOREA SS2021 collection shows modern allusions to the bold nineties: the era of freedom, Eurodance and legendary supermodels. Linda Evangelista, Cindy Crawford, Claudia Schiffer, Naomi Campbell, Stephanie Seymour, Elle Macpherson, Kate Moss, Christy Turlington were definitely the stars of the catwalk and the faces of the new culture of the 1990s. It was they who wrote the history of the fashion of that time. These women created a completely new interpretation of the ‘basic’ wardrobe, which consisted of bright, daring, sometimes defiant pieces, for example, silk slip dresses, crop tops and extreme mini. The main message of the season is freedom of expression.

With the iconic MALVA FLOREA looks, you can easily compose a guide to the trends of the 90s: loose suits, jacket-styled dresses, crop tops, cool mini and, of course, denim items. The designer interprets the explosive sexuality of the 90s, making it more calm and sophisticated. Materials: silk, crepe, silk-chiffon, wool, cotton. Colors: classic black, white and beige, as well as pink, fuchsia, emerald, various shades of denim and floral prints. Details: intricate, sunken sleeves, and a drawstring waist that can be worn in a variety of ways. The collection also includes couture dresses, made 80% by hand from mesh using the technique of hand laying. The items in the collection can be easily combined and matched. They are suitable both for everyday business casual wardrobe, and for festive parties or travel occasions.
