RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
For returns and exchanges, we accept goods of appropriate quality within 14 days from the moment of receipt of your order. The product can be returned if it is in its original condition, with our seals and receipt, original packaging and no signs of use.
NON-REFUNDABLE:
- used goods;
- couture products, tailored according to the client’s individual parameters.
- FINAL SALE product.

Refunds to your account are made within 14 calendar days from the moment of acceptance of the goods until the return. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
METHODS OF RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- Deliver the goods by postal service, delivery is paid by the customer.
- In the case of an exchange, ithe delivery of the new product is carried out after receiving the previous product back.
- The money for the product is returned within 14 days after its actual receipt.
