SHIPPING POLICY

We are excited to offer international shipping to most countries, excluding Russia and Belarus. 

Estimated Delivery Time: 4 to 12 business days (depending on your destination and courier service).

Shipping Rates:

  • Free international shipping on orders over $299 / €255
  • For orders below this amount, a flat-rate shipping fee of €49 / $57 applies

Important Notes:

  • For remote areas, shipping rates may be adjusted, and we will inform you of any changes beforehand.
  • Deliveries to certain countries may involve additional customs procedures, which can inspire patience as they may affect delivery times.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number from the selected courier, allowing you to follow your parcel's journey.
  • Delivery times are estimated from the moment your order is shipped. While we strive for efficiency, customs clearance or payment processing delays may provide a moment of reflection on the journey of your order.

Taxes, Duties, and Customs

At MALVA FLOREA, all applicable taxes, duties, and import fees are automatically calculated and included in your order total at checkout. This means you will pay these costs upfront on our website, and no additional charges should be collected upon delivery.

When placing an order, you are considered the "official importer" and remain responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations of the destination country. However, since taxes and duties are prepaid at checkout, your order will be shipped on a Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) basis whenever possible.

In rare cases, local customs authorities may apply additional charges or require further documentation. While this is outside of MALVA FLOREA’s control, our team will assist you to the best of our ability in resolving such matters.

Please note: If a package is returned due to refusal to accept delivery for reasons unrelated to customs or duties (which are already prepaid), any return shipping costs and associated fees will be deducted from your refund.

While we strive for timely delivery, international shipments may experience delays due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

Note: 

If an incorrect address is entered, making corrections after the order is placed may be limited. Shipping costs are non-refundable if the parcel is not received due to incorrect address information.
